Description

• As a Senior Sales Executive at GoGlobal, responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets. • Focus on generating own pipeline, leveraging network, and identifying new business opportunities through outreach and market analysis. • Navigate complex sales processes, manage multiple stakeholders, and interact with C-level executives. • Understand and address unique needs of high-level decision-makers. • Required strategic mindset, communication skills, and deep understanding of growth strategies in competitive market. • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for growth opportunities. • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements. • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for Sales leadership. • Drive sustainable pipeline and address prospective client concerns. • Stay updated with industry trends and market developments. • Requires travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and conduct market research. • Other adhoc projects as requested.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales and account management, selling complex solutions such as payroll, tax or accounting outsourcing is meritorious • Strong network and ability to generate leads • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills • Experience interacting with C-level executives • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving growth • Proficiency in English is essential and German or French is highly desirable
