We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Partnerships Operations Administrator to manage and support our partner relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, communication, and operational efficiency. β€’ The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional collaboration, maintain partnership data, and support outbound lead requests. β€’ Oversee the recruitment vendor program to drive strategic growth and success. β€’ Partner Relationship Management: β€’ Oversee onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration. β€’ Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong relationships. β€’ Act as the primary contact for strategic partners, ensuring alignment with company goals. β€’ Cross-Functional Communication: β€’ Manage communication across internal departments, facilitating collaboration among teams. β€’ Liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution. β€’ Data & Reporting: β€’ Collect, analyze, and prepare partnership performance data and reports to aid decision-making. β€’ Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, including performance metrics. β€’ CRM Maintenance: β€’ Update the CRM system with all partnership-related information. β€’ Track partner interactions, agreements, and key milestones within the CRM. β€’ Lead Management: β€’ Manage all outbound lead requests for internal teams ensuring timely distribution. β€’ Coordinate with sales and business development teams to optimize lead processes. β€’ Recruitment Vendor Program: β€’ Lead and manage the recruitment vendor program, evaluating and maintaining vendor relationships. β€’ Ensure compliance with company policies for recruitment vendors. β€’ We are GoGlobal, guiding, establishing and managing global operations with compliance and confidence.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in partnership management, operations, or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data management tools. Ability to analyze and interpret partnership performance data. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience managing vendor relationships is a plus.
