E.P.I.C.? values: E xcellence: Always exceeding expectations! • P assionate: Executing with boldness! • I nnovative: Pioneering a better way! • C ollaborative: Together we win! • The EPIC Credit Risk Manager we are looking for: Will be reporting to the Credit Risk Officer. • This position will be responsible for credit origination policies, fraud prevention strategies, customer segmentation, and risk-based pricing. • You will work closely with data science, product, compliance, and finance teams to enhance risk models, optimize portfolio performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. • This role requires a deep understanding of fintech risk management, data analytics, and automation to enable scalable and sustainable growth.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in credit risk management, preferably in fintech, digital lending, BNPL, credit cards, or payments. • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Masters/MBA is a plus). • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools for risk analysis. • Experience with credit scoring models, customer segmentation, and loss forecasting. • Knowledge of fraud detection tools, KYC/AML frameworks, and transaction monitoring systems. • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance frameworks. • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable risk strategies. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and compliance teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment with rapidly evolving challenges. • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment • Beginner / Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel
