• This role is 100% remote for residents of India. • Reports to: Director - Talent Acquisition • HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform. • We currently have 1000+ employees across 15 countries, working remotely as well as in our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. • HighLevel serves a diverse customer base, including over 60K agencies & entrepreneurs and 450K million businesses globally. • We work at scale; our infrastructure handles around 3 Billion+ API hits & 2 Billion+ message events monthly, and over 25M views of customer pages daily. • Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director/Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead our Biz/Ops recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in scaling non-tech hiring, including Support, Success, Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles. Experience with international hiring is a strong plus. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with experience in managing a talent acquisition function in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Adept at setting and managing expectations, with a proactive approach to addressing concerns. • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in using data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions. Proficient in creating and delivering hiring reports. • Experience in managing or contributing to special projects, such as diversity hiring, employer branding, and the implementation of TA best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
