(www.gohighlevel.com) is a B2B SaaS platform focused on marketing agencies and entrepreneurs. • Our goal is to be a comprehensive solution for managing all types of businesses. • We serve over 70,000 agencies and 480,000 small & medium businesses, supported by a 1,200+ strong remote team across 15 countries. • HighLevel Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Email Deliverability Product Manager to join our team and drive the deliverability product of our Email platform capabilities. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, customer success and finance team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a data-driven email deliverability role. • Identifying and resolving deliverability issues requires a methodical approach to troubleshooting and a knack for critical thinking. • Familiarity with DNS & authentication protocols (e.g., DKIM, SPF, DMARC). • Ability to run and analyze email deliverability reports and make data-driven recommendations. • Experience with ESPs like Mailgun, SendGrid, and third-party deliverability vendors, like Return Path/Validity and 250OK. • Working knowledge of DNS record types, Google Postmaster & SNDS. • Understanding of bounce handling and categorization. • Experience in communicating with ISP abuse desks and email blocklist providers for preemptive and reactive mitigations. • A grasp of how email servers and ISPs operate, including the nuances of IP warming and reputation management. • A thorough understanding of email-related laws and regulations, such as -CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA, is essential for ensuring that campaigns are legally compliant. • Ability to document troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.
