Description

• HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform empowering marketing agencies and businesses. • Focused on delivering marketing solutions and enhancing digital presence to drive growth. • Collaborates with teams to optimize sales strategies and manage departmental KPIs. • Responsible for project management and supporting the internal affiliate team.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Business Development or equivalent work experience, preferably in the saas industry. • 2+ years in an operational analyst role, software project management experience or technical SaaS support. • Strong understanding and proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings. • Ability to handle the ambiguity that arises from time to time in a dynamic and fast-paced collaborative work environment. • Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed stakeholders with varying priorities and multiple projects. • Prior experience utilizing various software integrations (Zapier, Freshworks, ClickUp, HighLevel etc). • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets at an advanced level. • Strong interpersonal communications skills. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with superior attention to detail. • A basic to advanced understanding of CSS, HTML and/or API is not required for the position, however, it is a major plus for applicants of this role. • Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems a plus.
