• 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record in scaling non-tech hiring, including Support, Success, Sales, Marketing, and G&A roles. Experience with international hiring is a strong plus. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with 5+ experience in managing a talent acquisition team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Adept at setting and managing expectations, with a proactive approach to addressing concerns. • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in using data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions. Proficient in creating and delivering hiring reports. • Experience in managing or contributing to special projects, such as diversity hiring, employer branding, and the implementation of TA best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
