Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Channel partnership and distribution strategy. • Identify and evaluate potential partners to expand the company’s reach and market presence. • Operationalize and execute the strategy for channel partnerships to drive business growth. • Cultivate, build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new partners to maximize performance, growth and mutual success. • Develop various channel programs, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives to drive partner engagement and performance. • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support partner initiatives, engagement, and performance. • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for improvement to both partners and senior leadership. • Serve as an escalation point of contact for partners, addressing any big issues or concerns promptly and effectively. • Develop and deliver training programs for partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and support company products and services. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies. • Conduct regular business reviews with team members and partners to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth. • Represent the company at partner events, trade shows, and conferences to promote partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a preferred • 10+ years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or business development • 7+ years of managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs at a SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup or affiliate marketing agency, preferred • Advanced Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO • Advanced Knowledge of the following applications strongly preferred: Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends • Ability to analyze complex business situations and develop creative solutions • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
