Requirements

•Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role. •Proficiency in accounting and/or accounts payable software. •Experience working with US companies. •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. •Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. •Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. •Experience with process improvement initiatives is a plus. •Self-starter who is proactive, takes initiative and follows through on tasks in a timely manner. •Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. •Excellent organization and time management skills.
