• Founded in 2018, HighLevel Inc. is a B2B SaaS platform focused on marketing agencies and entrepreneurs. • Our goal is to be a comprehensive solution for managing all types of businesses. • HighLevel is looking for a seasoned Product Operations Manager to lead and scale our growing Product Ops team. • This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, optimizing product development workflows, and bridging the gap between product strategy and execution. • You will oversee a team of 7+ Product Ops Specialists and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to drive data-driven decisions and streamline operations.
• 6+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience managing teams, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence. • Strong expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MongoDB, SQL, or Python). • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier) and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Freshdesk). • Understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams toward achieving ambitious goals. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
