• 5-8 years of experience in HR Program Management, Talent Management, or Learning & Development, preferably in a SaaS or product company. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). • Strong program and project management expertise, with experience in running large-scale HR and Talent programs. • Good understanding of Learning, Career Development, and Performance Management frameworks. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with high attention to detail and execution excellence. • Data-driven mindset, with experience in HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting. • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience in change management and employee experience design.
