• High School Diploma or equivalent required, applicable degree is a plus, but not necessary. • 2+ years of Customer Relations or Customer Service experience. • 1+ years of previous experience in managing and moderating a large and active (5k+ members) Facebook Community. • Demonstrated experience and success in building and maintaining an online community across any social platform. • Experience with marketing software is a plus! • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to engage customers over phone, video calls, and emails as the situation requires. • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage conflict. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once. • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment where your contributions matter, leading to significant personal career growth. • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team.
