• Collaborate with Director, Global Marketing in crafting buyer’s personas and journeys. • Develop marketing campaigns, generate content, and execute multi-faceted campaigns using a marketing automation tool. • Maintain key performance metrics to measure progress, refine campaigns, and adapt techniques for maximum effectiveness. • Work with sales and product organizations to improve customer awareness and generate new leads. • Manage demand generation KPIs and score card. • Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance of demand generation efforts. • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders. • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges. • Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue. • Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.

Requirements

• Strong demand generation experience, skilled in the use of the latest tools and techniques. • Including expert use of HubSpot as both a CMS and automation tool. • Practical experience with account-based marketing. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen sense of how to tell stories that resonate with each buyer persona. • Creative with a keen eye for design. • Comfortable with PowerBI or reporting tool like Domo, generating dashboards to monitor ROI and MQL conversion. • Comfortable working with complex technical products. • Versatile and adaptable – both an individual contributor and a manager that leads / inspires others. • Confident yet humble, curious learner who is always open to new ideas. • Team player – ready to work across functions with people at all levels of the organization. • Self-Starter – able to set their own daily work tasks and deliver results without daily supervision. • Proactive, quick learner – Takes the initiative to reach out to others and learn new things. • Energetic and creative, with an exceptional attention to detail.
