Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales development • Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role • Proven track record in leading high-performing SDR team • Deep understanding of sales development processes • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology • Ability to align sales strategies with business objectives
