📋 Description
• Collections Specialists are responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from the individuals or businesses responsible for the debt. • Identifying accounts with overdue payments and keeping records of the amount owed and the length of the delinquency.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections; knowledgeable in sales, negotiation and persuasion tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented • Team Player • Professional demeanor • Bilingual English/Spanish required
