In this role, the Manager will collaborate with Third Party Owners, and our 3P Service Providers to rectify field installation issues and system integrity. They will report the management of a pipeline of open service tickets and efficiently follow-through-to-completion. The O&M organization will always keep the customer as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience • Customer service skills required • Must be able to adapt quickly to learning new systems • Advanced Excel and CRM (Salesforce) knowledge • Team player, collaborative, ability to work well with others • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous solar industry experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred
