Requirements
• 5+ year track record of building data-driven tech products • Experience building something from scratch or early on a product • Obsession with data and the user • Analytical with metrics mindset • Exploring Generative-AI tools • Baseline understanding of American political system • Organized and prefer lean and Kanban processes • Able to work independently and collaboratively • Pursue understanding user perspectives with curiosity and empathy • Communicate directly and openly to feedback
