Description

• Goodwin is seeking a Marketing Manager to help build out a successful go-to-market strategy in the early stages of our software launch. • Create content for a variety of mediums including social channels using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. • Implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. • Create and implement segmentation strategies to tailor marketing messages to specific customer personas. • Define and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience. • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing channels. • Develop and execute omnichannel paid media campaigns to maximize reach and impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role (5+ years of experience) with a focus on go-to-market strategy and brand development. • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing efforts in a fast-paced startup environment. • Experience in a wide variety of omnichannel efforts including social media, public relations and event marketing. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
