• 7+ years of experience in the beauty industry • At least 3 years of experience as a Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years as an Account Coordinator (or equivalent role) • Experience working within ULTA, Bluemercury, Nordstrom, or similar retail environments • Strong training and motivational abilities to develop high-performing sales teams • Proven experience in sales analysis, forecasting, and promotional impact evaluation • Keen eye for visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including weekends • Valid driver’s license required
