📋 Description
• Conduct on-site engagements to assess the value of borrowers' collateral. • Analyze accounts receivable, inventory, and other assets to identify potential risks. • Review financial statements, bank statements, tax payments, and more to detect any discrepancies or fraudulent activities. • Document audit activities and prepare clear, concise reports highlighting areas of risk and recommendations for improvement. • Ensure compliance with loan document terms and conditions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, audit, or finance • Minimum of 3 years in field exams, borrowing base lending, or secured finance • Experience in financial auditing or forensic accounting is a plus • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word; knowledge of PowerPoint is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
