• Manage Product Lines: Take responsibility for infection prevention and medical consumables. • Develop Relationships: Build and maintain trust with decision-makers in hospitals, LTCs, and pharmacies across Western Canada (with quarterly travel to Eastern Canada). • Expand Territory: Drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and explore new customer opportunities. • Provide Expertise: Offer tailored advice, training, and technical support to clients. • Execute Sales Strategies: Define and deploy effective plans to meet sales goals, prospect new customers, and track field actions via CRM. • Lead Key Projects: Work on public tenders, participate in healthcare events, and maintain competitive intelligence.
• Over 5 years of sales experience • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills • A dynamic, positive, and results-driven attitude • Exceptional customer service skills and leadership abilities • Assets: Experience in healthcare, infection control, and medical sales, as well as bilingualism (French)
