📋 Description
• Perform Accounts Payable functions by verifying invoices, paying vendors, keeping a record of payments, and updating any related schedules • Maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts • Complete month-end reconciliations on accounts including cash, credit cards, prepaids, accrued expenses, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable • General bookkeeping in NetSuite • Assist with various ad-hoc reporting to assist leader decision making
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Accounting or related field • 2+ years accounting experience • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power-BI) experience • Strong Excel Skills (vlookup, pivot tables, sumifs, etc.) • NetSuite experience a plus • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Curious with a strong desire to learn
