Description

• Call answering and email support: Receiving calls/emails from customers needing assistance • Record all services performed in a ticket registration system (Salesforce) • Return calls from customers who left messages • Analyze and diagnose IP telephony and software problems • Provide technical support for IP telephony systems and software • Teach customers to use solutions correctly • Inform customers of updates and new features • Use diagnostic tools to identify network issues • Configure IP telephony appliances • Create and manage user accounts

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Customer Support roles in technical call center environment or similar fields • Technical knowledge, including the ability to diagnose network problems • Experience in customer service, dealing with frustrated or angry customers professionally and effectively • Advanced English level (80%), both spoken and written • Training in networks or related areas • Clear verbal and written communication • Basic knowledge of the SIP protocol • CCNA certification or currently studying for it (desirable)
