• Receiving calls/emails from customers needing help • Record services performed in a ticket registration system (Salesforce) • Perform callbacks for customer messages • Troubleshoot IP telephony and software problems • Provide technical support for installation and maintenance • Teach customers how to correctly use solutions • Inform customers of updates and new features • Use diagnostic tools to identify issues • Configure IP telephony appliances • Create and manage user accounts
• 3yrs of experience in Customer Support roles in a technical call center environment or similar fields • Technical knowledge, including the ability to diagnose network problems. • Experience in customer service, professionally managing frustrated or angry customers. • Advanced English level (80%), both spoken and written • Training in networks or related areas. • Clear verbal and written communication. • Basic knowledge of the SIP protocol. • Have CCNA certification or be studying to obtain one (desirable)
