Description
• Lead the development of new design concepts and solutions • Create low fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity design assets • Drive product design decisions from beginning to end • Use feedback from users and data to inform design decisions • Work closely with Product Development on implementations • Build cross-functional partnerships with UX, Product Owners, and Engineering • Advocate for the user and evangelize user experience within the organization • Up to 10% domestic and international travel required
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, UX, Applied Mathematics, or related field • 5 years of experience in the job offered or alternate occupation • Creating design deliverables for the entire user experience • Utilizing and improving design system patterns • Creating and testing UX prototypes • Motion design, motion graphics, or animation • Front-end development • Incorporating findings from user research into designs
