β’ 2+ years of experience in a customer service representative role. β’ Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills with a focus on clear and effective communication. β’ Basic understanding of food allergies, including common allergens and their impact on individuals with dietary restrictions. β’ Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform. β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. β’ Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems. β’ Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
β’ Competitive salary. β’ This is a full-time, long-term position. β’ The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. β’ Work from home. β’ Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST. β’ Additional perks.
