Description
• Work alongside the AR Manager to build a scalable platform that drives deductions reconciliation forward, specifically identifying trends and opportunities for the client based on settlement of expenses • Identifies whether or not an expense is unauthorized by following set procedures • Develop standard operating procedures for various aspects of the department • Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to improve the deduction process • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting • Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Customer Success - Technology Enabled Services department
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management • Works PST, MST, EST timezones • Deductions, collections, reconciliations and general trade finance experience is required • Experience with TPM software is an added bonus! • Technical prowess with SaaS products preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change • Impeccable oral and written communication skills • Has held a job in PST, MST, EST timezones for 1-2 years • Proficiently writes, reads, speaks English • Experience working in a start-up and comfortable with change • CPG Industry experience is required • Deduction processing experience required • A background or education in Accounting
