• Work closely with Product and Customer Success Team • Address technical questions from clients • Maintain support resources and oversee product updates • Serve as the link between support, product, and development teams • Stay updated on product releases and prepare support material accordingly

Requirements

• Belgian citizenship • Basic understanding of data • Comfortable using everyday digital tools • Communicate clearly in English and either French or Dutch • Currently subscribed as a job seeker at VDAB • Experience in client support (nice to have) • Additional languages (Spanish, German, or others) (nice to have)
