Description

• Implement and oversee the organization’s cybersecurity strategy. • Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Oversee cybersecurity programs and incident response plans. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. • Conduct risk assessments and utilize security tools to identify vulnerabilities. • Promote security awareness through employee training. • Research and implement new cybersecurity technologies. • Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations. • Lead and manage team performance and vendor partnerships.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity. • Strong knowledge of security concepts and practices, including familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, and compliance standards like GDPR and PCI DSS. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
