🎯 Requirements

β€’ Current VP or Director-Level Sales Leadership: You must be at the Director or VP level currently leading high-performance sales teams β€’ 100% High-Ticket B2C Sales Experience: Must have VP-level leadership in premium, high-ticket B2C sales (e.g., luxury services, fine art, real estate, private coaching, high-end memberships) β€’ No B2B Experience: We are only considering B2C sales leaders who have never focused on B2B sales models β€’ Proven Revenue Scaling ($50M+): You must have led a B2C sales organization to scale past $50M+ annually β€’ Remote Team Leadership (30+ Sales Consultants): You must have experience leading a distributed/remote sales force with strict KPI and quota enforcement β€’ CRM Optimization & Sales Analytics Expertise: Deep experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM tools to drive sales automation and analytics β€’ Sales Strategy & Conversion Optimization: Must have built, refined, and scaled a high-conversion sales process for a premium-priced product or service
