Description
• full-time remote role for Canada only • responsible for managing a distributed team of engineers • collaborate with teams to provide efficient workflows for customers • coach and mentor engineers and peers • contribute to design documents and product DNAs • work with Product Management to define features • advise on reducing scope of features into manageable tasks • act as project manager and update roadmap
Requirements
• comfortable working with engineering teams who have autonomy • adept at managing relationships while keeping up to date with technical trends • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience preferred • worked as a software engineer for at least 3 years • experience with JavaScript/NodeJS, Golang, Kubernetes, React or Vue, SQL Databases • solid understanding of modern web app development and API design • experience in API integration with external systems like Salesforce or Zendesk would be a plus
