• Proven leadership experience: A history of successfully managing and growing software development teams. • Strong technical foundation: Expertise in Java/Kotlin and/or JavaScript/React, with the ability to guide your team in complex technical decision-making. • Experience with modern tools and technologies: Familiarity with Kafka, Spring, React Native, Flinks, and GraphQL. • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools like RDS, Aurora, SQS, SNS, and S3. • Monitoring and observability expertise: Practical knowledge of tools like Datadog and Sentry to ensure system reliability and performance. • A securities edge: Professional experience or a personal passion for securities and trading is a significant asset. • A passion for growth and mentorship: A commitment to empowering your team while continuously seeking new opportunities to improve yourself and your work.
