Description

• Critical role in ensuring the success of software solutions through partner training. • Leverage deep technical expertise to train and work alongside delivery partners. • Design and operate partner certification programs. • Collaborate with partners to provide architectural guidance. • Create and maintain detailed documentation and training materials. • Support partners in implementation and provide expert advice. • Act as a conduit between partners and internal teams for feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on training and supporting services delivery partners. • Strong understanding of complex software architectures, integration patterns, and cloud technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support partners. • Experience with software implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events. • Experience with Kubernetes, Automation tools, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and other Grafana Labs technologies. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging solutions. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices. • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF).
