β€’ Responsible for leading a team of Account Executives. β€’ Drive revenue growth, retain and attract new talent, and grow the customer base. β€’ Guide team through a consultative sales approach. β€’ Help articulate the value of our products and build relationships with prospects. β€’ Reporting directly to the Vice President, AMER Commercial and collaborating with GTM leadership team.

Requirements

β€’ Located in California β€’ Minimum 2 years of leading successful sales teams β€’ Minimum 6 years of successful direct sales experience β€’ Background in technical applications, familiarity with OSS is a big plus β€’ Experience navigating complex sales cycles that can last 2-6 months β€’ Excellent communication (written, oral) and presentation skills (in-person, virtual) β€’ Comfort working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives β€’ Consistent track record in shaping strategic seven-figure deals β€’ MEDDPICC expertise β€’ Experience working with ROI and cost modeling to educate and assist potential buyers β€’ Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills β€’ Unwavering dedication to integrity and professionalism
