Description
• Manage, coach, and mentor a growing team of developers • Work closely with Salesforce analyst team for technology development • Assist in data cleanup, migration efforts, and support Salesforce tools • Engage with business unit leaders to understand their vision • Serve as the primary contact for Sales organization in Salesforce Sales Cloud • Develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, and implementation plans • Create high-level architecture diagrams • Provide effort estimating for proposed solutions and articulate risks to stakeholders • Participate in cross-functional teams throughout product development lifecycle
Requirements
• Strong understanding of Force.com platform including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, unit testing • Deep understanding of SDLC and continuous improvement methodologies • Industry experience with Salesforce design, administration, and development • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passion for building great products • Technical fluency • Experience with Conga CLM and/or Salesforce CPQ
