Description
• Join the Customer Success Team as a Robotics Field Applications Engineer • Own customer requirements & feedback, improve the product with engineering teams • Support customers with setup, training, and ongoing assistance for products • Make service calls when issues cannot be resolved over the phone • Regular visits to local customers required for support
Requirements
• 2+ years of industry experience demonstrating hands-on Hardware/Software skills, experience with manufacturing automation or similar field • Demonstrate knowledge in troubleshooting and use of tools, hand tools, power tools, measurement tools, etc. • Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders • Perform multiple tasks concurrently and respond to emergency situations effectively • Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing. Documentation is key. • Ability to solve technical problems effectively, efficiently, and independently • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time and work with customers at their sites nationwide (mostly located along the east coast)
