• The Data Analyst will work with Digital Product teams to improve software products through analytics • Assisting with gathering requirements from stakeholders and sourcing data with the engineering team • Use various tools and methods to analyze and interpret data • Build out and maintain dashboards and reports • Participate in training the team on various tools and data interpretation • This role requires a passion for data and a collaborative mindset

Requirements

• Two years experience working as a Data Analyst preferred, one year minimum required • Analytical Skills – Ability to comprehend complex data sets and use querying and reporting tools to perform analyses on the data • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics • Experience with Google Analytics in configuring properties and maintaining custom parameters • Experience and ability to communicate clearly using presentation tools such as Microsoft Power Point to tell a story through the data • Coaching Skills – Ability to coach peers on how to use and interpret data and lead training sessions • Experience with understanding and analyzing user and usage data in order to provide strategic insights and recommendations • Beginner coding skills are a bonus
