• The Director of Sales, Equipment is responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, performance, and growth of the equipment division. • This role leads the sales team in delivering solutions that meet customer specifications and maximize revenue through both direct and distribution channels. • The Director works closely with VPS of the segments, engineering and operational teams to ensure that products meet mechanical and electrical requirements. • Through consultative selling, the Director will develop ROI-based value propositions and cultivate long-term partnerships with our National Accounts and Key Accounts. • The position requires strategic leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering collaboration and driving organizational growth.
• Bachelor's degree is a strong plus, preferably in the field of Business or Sales, technical degrees are a plus - mechanical and/or electrical. • 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the packaging industry. • Have a consistent track record of developing ways for a company to preserve margins by selling value, service, quality, and not necessarily through price…consultative selling versus transactional.
