• Greenlight is the leading family fintech company on a mission to help parents raise financially smart kids. • We proudly serve more than 6 million parents and kids with our award-winning banking app for families. • Parents can automate allowance, manage chores, set flexible spend controls, and invest for their family’s future. • Kids and teens learn to earn, save, spend wisely, and invest. • We believe every child should have the opportunity to become financially healthy and happy. • We’re looking for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our Partnerships engineering team. • This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling partner solutions, defining strategic priorities, and executing against a long-term roadmap. • This role requires a strong technical background, a passion for driving execution, and collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience with at least 5+ years managing multiple software development teams • Experience in managing both backend services built using Java, Go, Kotlin, Node.js and front-end platforms using Typescript, Android and iOS platforms • Experience working with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or other cloud platforms and cloud native technologies • Proven experience leading technical teams and complex projects, ideally in a fintech B2B or partnerships-focused environment • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to long-term business objectives • Experience driving technical roadmaps and making strategic decisions on platform architecture, scalability, and integration patterns • Execution-focused leadership style with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills • Experience building B2B partner integrations, two-sided networks, marketplaces, API platforms, and native SDKs is a plus
