•4-7 years experience within Procurement, Strategic Sourcing/Vendor Management, Contract Management or equivalent background. •Demonstrated understanding of Source to Pay and Procure to Pay best practices including but not limited to: Request for Proposal (RFP), purchase request / PO process, standard agreement terms and conditions, contractual pricing considerations, vendor due diligence and risk assessments, vendor performance oversight, risk escalation and mitigation planning. •Strong experience negotiating contract terms. •Experience holding vendors accountable to their agreements, including creating action plans if/when not met. •Ability to identify operational deficiencies and escalate appropriately. •Ability to operate collaboratively and provide influence as a trusted partner. •Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, and partner effectively cross various functions or levels. •Demonstrated experience with Source to Pay, eSourcing, Procure to Pay, Vendor Management, and Third-Party Risk Management technology platforms.
