• Work closely with Communications manager and cross-functional teams • Execute various communications initiatives and maintain media presence • Support public engagement needs and craft compelling content

Requirements

• Strong interest in GenAI, privacy, tech business and AI policy trends • Minimum 2 years of media experience, including news monitoring and cultivating relationships with AI & technical journalists and influencers • Excellent researching, writing, and storytelling skills, ideally on technical topics • Experience publishing blogs and social, and managing a multi-channel content calendar and internal marketing wiki • Experience drafting and managing submissions for award, call for papers, and other speaking opportunities for industry conferences and events • Experience crafting and delivering communications to various audiences and stakeholders, including executives, media, and staff • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Design, Leadership, Sales & Partnerships) and third-party vendors to plan and execute large events and/or complex strategic initiatives • Experience with sales/marketing automation tools and other MarTech tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Webflow, HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence, Jira)
