Description

• Grove Collaborative is seeking an experienced Senior Quality & Regulatory Manager to join our fast- paced and exciting Owned Brands team. • Our Grove Co. home care brand sets a new standard for consumer packaged goods in its commitment to plastic reduction, conscious formulations and superior performance. • The Senior Quality & Regulatory Manager plays an integral role in ensuring that we launch products that meet our high standards. • They have deep expertise in home and personal care manufacturing and will be responsible for ensuring that Grove Co.’s ingredients, packaging and finished goods meet our specifications. • This is a highly collaborative role. • Reporting to the Senior Brand Director of our Product Team, the Senior Quality & Regulatory Manager will work with the Owned Brands team (R&D, Packaging, Brand, Creative), Legal, Operations and external suppliers to ensure we launch products that adhere to quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• You have 7+ years of experience in Quality & Regulatory within CPG, preferably in home or personal care • You are knowledgeable in ISO9001, 19011, 22716, cGMPs is a plus • You are knowledgeable in statistical quality control - SQC/SPC/AQLs • You have a strong understanding of quality systems, structured problem solving and a desire for continuous improvement across your supplier base • You know how to communicate clearly and effectively to a broad group of stakeholders through both written reports and direct conversation • You have spent a lot of time in factories, and you have a knack for how products are made, how to solve problems and how to build relationships with suppliers, even in difficult scenarios • You’re passionate about working at a values-driven organization and have an impact. • You have excellent organizational and leadership skills • You know how to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and how to meet deadlines
