Description

• Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Sr. Regulatory Analyst to join our Legal Operations team. • The Sr. Regulatory Analyst is an important member of the Regulatory Operations team responsible for project managing and supporting discrete tasks to ensure Oscar is compliant with federal and state health plan requirements. • You will work with internal Oscar teams and interfaces with our external regulators. • You will report to the Sr. Manager Regulatory Operations. • Oscar is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture and our mission. • If you live within commutable distance to our Tempe office (off the 101 at University Dr), we ask you to come into the office at least two days each week. Otherwise, this is a remote/work-from-home role. • You must reside in one of the specified states.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience • 2+ years of SERFF and/or HIOS filings experience • Project management skills • A technical bend and the ability to use tools to answer your own questions (e.g. SQL/Python)
