•Growe welcomes those who are excited to: •Continuously enhance the user experience by implementing new features and refining existing ones. •Ensure the product and operations fully comply with regulatory requirements. •Collaborate with Product Research and Analytics teams to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and motivations. •Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis. •Work closely with internal teams to improve the product's sportsbook, casino, platform, payments, and engagement functionalities. •Run experiments and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses, from planning through to results analysis and implementation. •Develop and execute operational and product roadmaps based on data insights and the product vision. •Lead UI/UX enhancements in collaboration with the Design team, driven by data analysis. •Create clear, detailed product specifications, user stories, and flowcharts. •Lead and inspire a team of product specialists to successfully execute product initiatives. •Prioritize, plan, and oversee product-related tasks, activities, and launches.

Requirements

•4+ years of Product Management/Ownership experience, preferably in a leadership role. •Strong expertise in requirements scoping and documentation (user stories, PRDs, flowcharts, and diagrams). •Practical experience in running product experiments and A/B tests. •Deep understanding of the iGaming and Betting industry. •Data-driven approach to decision-making and product development. •Strong understanding of product architecture, development processes, and technical expertise. •Experience with gambling industry regulations, particularly in the LatAm region, is highly desirable.
