• Intermediate/Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (functions & formulas) • Data Visualization: Ability to read and analyze dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or similar platforms • SQL Knowledge: Can write or modify SQL queries in Mode, Snowflake, or similar programs (ramp-up support available) • Analytical Thinking: Strong numerical and problem-solving skills • Communication & Organization: Can manage tasks efficiently and communicate insights effectively • Detail-Oriented & Curious: Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative • Time Management: Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM PST
