📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end process of promo code campaigns, from creation to reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns run smoothly • Play key role in forecasting promo budgets and addressing challenges that arise

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work US hours (preferably EST, but CST is acceptable) • A passion for optimizing marketing operations and using data to drive better outcomes • Data Management Expertise: Experience handling large datasets, especially related to budget management, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and track performance, with experience in forecasting and reporting • Technical Proficiency: Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced proficiency, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools • SQL & Database Management: Experience with data querying and managing databases to ensure smooth data flow (bonus points if you are proficient!) • VBA: Familiarity with writing macros to automate repetitive tasks is a plus • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in handling discrepancies with promo codes or data-related issues • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in tracking promo codes, ensuring they are set up and reported correctly • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for collaborating with various teams, including finance, promo ops, and marketing • Innovation Mindset: Proactively look for ways to improve workflows and make processes more efficient • Marketing Knowledge (Bonus): Some knowledge of marketing campaigns and their objectives will be a plus, as you will be involved in setting up promo campaigns with different goals and strategies
