β’ Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. β’ Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs. β’ Leverage ATS and CRM tools to track candidates and optimize hiring workflows. β’ Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the Client's needs. β’ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. β’ Provide timely feedback and guidance to both candidates and internal stakeholders. β’ Manage and improve candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout the hiring process. β’ Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted hiring strategies. β’ Work with marketing and leadership teams to enhance the Client's employer brand and attract top talent. β’ Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. β’ Monitor key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience scores.
β’ 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS, startup, or technology-driven environment. β’ Proven ability to source and attract top talent across multiple functions (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.). β’ Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation. β’ Strong understanding of interview techniques, hiring best practices, and employment laws. β’ Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. β’ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while juggling multiple priorities
