• As an eCommerce Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will shape the future of online shopping. • Develop, launch, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns that align with our brand’s goals and drive revenue growth. • Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong relationships with affiliates and influencers. • Work closely with affiliates to ensure campaigns are effective. • Monitor affiliate metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights. • Collaborate with affiliates to create compelling product content and promotional assets. • Stay informed on affiliate and influencer marketing trends, identifying new partnership opportunities. • Provide detailed reports on affiliate performance, ROI, and campaign outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships in eCommerce • Strong relationship-building skills with experience in affiliate or influencer outreach and management. • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance. • Experience with affiliate networks and eCommerce platforms • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
