📋 Description

• Manage online product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others. • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns that increase traffic and conversion rates. • Work closely with 3PL partners and distributors to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. • Enhance customer experience through exceptional support and clear communication. • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities. • Suggest and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online sales. • Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or equivalent. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, SEO tools). • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Experience in coordinating with 3PL partners and understanding supply chain dynamics is a plus.
