Description

• We are in search of an experienced Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Search to help lead key client relationships • Responsible for driving ROI and scale improvements for some of the smartest advertisers on Earth. • Confidently and effectively lead client communications i.e. weekly, monthly meetings and QBRs. • Manage and lead paid media program through channel level strategies. • Manage multiple paid search channels: Required experience: Google Ads (including Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns), Bing Ads • Understand the analytics & measurement frameworks to develop campaign strategy & consistently improve client KPIs. • Lead short and long term cross channel strategic planning for client growth programs. • Lead and coach your junior teammates on owned accounts. • Consistently and positively influence revenue and grow key accounts. • Work with account leadership to identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years working in direct-response focused paid media experience with a focus on paid search channels • A track record of using paid search to achieve business goals. • Experience managing $2M+ annual media budgets. • Prior experience managing multiple accounts or LOBs. • Fundamental understanding of paid media with expertise in paid social. • Strong communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills. • Nice to have: Experience working with 3rd party tools and analytics such as DV360 or Mobile Measurement Partners.
