β’ 2+ years of experience in demand generation, partnership marketing, digital marketing, or a related marketing field, ideally within SaaS and B2B marketing. β’ Proven exposure in running demand gen campaigns from start to finish, with measurable results. β’ Proven experience with project management best practices and marketing automation tools. β’ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). β’ Organized and detail-oriented individual who champions tracking campaign status, proactively addressing challenges, and driving next steps. β’ Strong communicator with high influence and empathy for the partner experience. β’ Can connect tactical plans to overarching marketing strategies and plans. β’ Detail oriented and agility is equally important to navigate the dynamic landscape of demand gen and marketing strategies. β’ Eager to learn from others and committed to following through on commitments with a long-term mindset for success. β’ An individual who is looking to build new skills, open to new ideas and failing fast.
